The time period may vary depending on both the type of relocation and the contracted service. The minimum service of accommodation search with the drafting of the rental contract can last up to 3 weeks, while a relocation with several services can last more than a month.

We offer a 24/7 customer service. For any service contracted with us, we commit to answer as soon as possible to any problem that arises during the first 3 months of the process.

3. HOW DO YOU WORK?

Once the client has contacted us, our agents assess his needs. Based on this analysis, the client contracts the service that best suits him and the relocation begins. Our agents have frequent contact with the client until he reaches his destination and, once the relocation has been carried out, we conduct a monthly follow-up to ensure service quality.

4. WHERE DOES PEOPLE GLOBAL RELOCATION OPERATE?

We operate in a total of 9 countries spread over 2 continents (Europe and America).

5. WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DOES PEOPLE GLOBAL RELOCATION NEED?

Depending on the service and the chosen destination, we might need legal data in order to process the required documents (Passports, Criminal Record Certificates…) through the legal Administration. 

6. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY FLIGHT IS DELAYED AND I WILL ARRIVE LATE AT MY DESTINATION?

Call us as soon as possible. We will handle everything to notify the interested parties.

7. IS HEALTH INSURANCE NECESSARY?

Depending on the chosen destination, it is recommended to contract a health insurance (Chile for instance).

8. WHAT INSURANCE TYPE DO I NEED?

Depending on the chosen destination, we recommend contracting a health insurance, funeral insurance, repatriation insurance… We offer a wide range of coverage and prices to our clients. 

9. WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE ACCOMMODATION SEARCH?

It depends on the contracted services: Our minimal service includes the search for 2 accommodations to choose from, rental agreement negotiation and legal assessment. Legal situation varies from one city to another; at People Global Relocation we take care of the assessment depending on the destination.

10. WHAT LUGGAGE CAN I CARRY?

Airlines establish maximum luggage weight (20-25kg) and dimension. Nevertheless, it is recommended to carry a unique suitcase, in addition to the hand luggage or backpack, in order to move with ease inside the airports. It is also recommended to take clothes suitable to every season of the year and destination country, without forgetting some coat even if the trip takes place during the summer. In order to avoid heavy luggage, we can manage the sending of clothes and other personal belongings through mail, so that they arrive to your new location in the easiest possible way.

11. WHAT SERVICES DOES PEOPLE GLOBAL RELOCATION OFFER?

Our services cover every possible need while changing your residence: Accommodation search, help with service contracting (electricity, water, phone, Internet, etc); collection at the airport; schools, university and courses search; medical insurance; legal services and more. 

12. WHAT IS THE PAYMENT SYSTEM?

We require a deposit of 25% of the price of the contracted service. The rest of the payment will be made on the date stipulated in the contract, following the conditions agreed with the client.

13. DOES PEOPLE GLOBAL RELOCATION PLAN THE ENTIRE TRIP?

If the client so decides, People Global Relocation can organise the complete trip, from the first assessment of the client’s needs and requirements to the moment of arrival at the destination.

14. IS THE LEGAL ASSESSMENT INCLUDED TO ALL THE SERVICES?

When a client contracts one of our services, he receives a personalized legal assessment for the first 3 months of the relocation, always adapted to the chosen destination.

15. DOES PEOPLE GLOBAL RELOCATION OFFER TRANSLATION SERVICES FOR THE CONTRACTS I WILL HAVE TO SIGN?

Yes, we offer a translation service, in addition to multilingual agents that take care of the related formalities.

16. WHEN DOES MY RELATION WITH PEOPLE GLOBAL RELOCATION END?

It depends on the contracted service. The integral relocation is considered over three months after the client has settled.
